| In Student View, when I click on link to a Chat room from a learning module, I get the message "Chat/Whiteboard not avaliable in preview mode" |

This error msg appears if the learning module has been set to open in a new window. To fix it, go to the link (on the Home Page, or in a Folder where the link to the learning module appears), click on the Action Links drowdown menu and select "customize link", and then DESELECT the "open in new window" checkbox. |
